Need help in figuring our the LED frequency.

So, I simply connected an LED (forward voltage of 3.3v) with a series resistor (85 ohm), that should give 20mA of current to the LED.

-

Then , connected the frequency generator to the series circuit, the LED. Worked pretty good at about 900kHz .. but when I increased to 10Mhz or more than 3-4 Mhz... the lED just stopped working.... why is that ?

-

How to determine the maximum frequency of the LED?

-

I know LEDs cannot…

Hello, I was looking for relays.

If a relay is rated 120vac 10 A can I use it for less amperes at 230v ?
thank you

zener diode as a voltage regulator
hi all
when zener diode is used as a voltage regulator how does the output voltage retained as constant across the diode

do explain it to me

0.01 ohm current sensor with LM358 problem?
Hi,

I am having problem wiith the attach circuit. It is simple non-inverting dc amplifier with gain=11. But with 5mv Vin I get some -ve (3-4)mv at the output. What is the problem? thanks
