As temperature increases electrons move more freely. This would generally relate to higher current. Since current flows more freely that means that the forward bias voltage to allow a given current would be reduced slightly.
During reverse bias there is typically a very tiny current flow. Increased temperature would increase this current flow as well. As the reverse breakdown voltage is reached and current flows in the reverse direction, temperature would also increase this current flow and reduce the breakdown voltage. These changes are typically very small.
