I think your circuit has a problem. The first op amp has positive feedback. This would cause the output at pin 3 to go to the positive and negative rails, giving us a square wave which would feed into the second op amp, with negative feedback, also giving us a square wave. I think the intent was to have negative feedback on the first op amp, but I could be wrong. It wouldn't be the first time.
