How do I enable all outputs of 74LS240?

How do I enable all outputs of the 74ls240 permanently?  Where should I connect 1G and 2G?

First off you can lookup the datasheets here on MoreDat in the Electronic Resources Forum.  In the datasheet it shows that 1Gnot and 2Gnot for the 74LS240 are the enables for the inverters.  The "not" is represented by the bar over them.  This "not" also indicates that these inputs are "active low", meaning that it takes a low input to activate them.

So, put a low on your 1Gnot and 2Gnot and all your inverter outputs will be enabled.  You can learn a lot from a datasheet.
