Google Dodged IPhone Users’ Privacy With DoubleClick, Stanford Stud...
Google Inc. (GOOG) violated users’ privacy on Apple Inc.’s Safari Web browser, Stanford University research found, adding to a drumbeat of criticism from consumer groups and lawmakers over how the search giant tracks people online.
Using its DoubleClick ad network, Google has been dodging a privacy setting in Safari, the primary Web browser on the iPhone, iPad and Apple computers, according to a report today by Stanford’s Security Lab and the Center for Internet and Society. The study named three other companies -- Vibrant Media Inc., Media Innovation Group LLC and PointRoll Inc. -- that also evaded privacy settings...read full story

Did you hear about Rush Limbaugh, President Obama and Sandra Fluke? Fluke, who is a Georgetown law student, testified last week before a House committee about the high cost of contraceptions and that the government should include it as an insurance requirement. She said that some students spend a $1000 or more a year on contraception. Limbaugh went off on her calling her a prostitute. President Obama made a phone call to her saying that her parents should be proud of her.
Now which of you parents would be proud of your daughter who spends a $1000 bucks or more on aids to help her keep from getting pregnant while she is having sex with her lover or lovers? I don't think I would be the proud parent sharing this with my friends and neighbors by the pool or at social gatherings. What parent wants to talk about how expensive it is for their daughter to sleep around. Instead I think I would be having a talk with my daughter about spending more time with her books and less time with her lovers.
Also, including it as part of the mandates in Obamacare; who do you think is going to be paying for this? Just something else to shoot up the cost of health insurance for all of us, not just the promiscuous high school and college students. Do you want to be paying higher premiums just so somebody else can sleep around without the fear of pregnancy outside the bounds of marriage? Let us know what you think.

"Having the wonderful wife that I do, she often sends me things that may be worth writing about and this is one of them. She gleaned these words of wisdom from someone’s post on Facebook. I often ignore these, but this one got my attention, partially because I once worked in the intensive care section of a nursing home and partially because I am utterly disgusted with our prison system."
